Marketing Analytics Dashboard

During my time at enFocus, I developed and deployed a comprehensive marketing analytics dashboard for a real company operating in the consumer products space.

The goal was to help the organization better understand how their online marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate channels were performing and how customers were engaging across digital platforms.

I built the entire system from the ground up using PostgreSQL, Python, and Streamlit, including:

  • A unified data pipeline that automated the loading and processing of marketing, survey, and web analytics data
  • A fully interactive dashboard with user authentication, date filters, and performance metrics by channel
  • Persona-level analysis to segment customers by age, behavior, and purchase likelihood
  • Campaign performance tracking with metrics like CTR, ROI, CAC, CPL, and Conversion Rate
  • A custom-built survey insights module to analyze customer feedback and pricing sensitivity

Impact:
The dashboard provided real-time, actionable insights that enabled the client’s leadership to optimize ad spend, better understand their customer base, and adjust their marketing strategy based on data. It replaced static reports and allowed for dynamic decision-making.

This was a real-world, high-impact solution used by stakeholders at the executive level.
